March, 1999 issue on Mita's performance at the Rabindrasadan auditorium: "..Robir Alo organized a solo vocal concert for Mita at Rabindrasadan auditorium  .....She started the recital with Tomarei Koriachi jeeboner Dhrubatara followed by Mahabiswe Mahakashe with her gorgeous voice.  Dhay Jeno More Sakal Bhalobasha was a very poignant presentation ..Mita charmed the audience in the second half with devotional and folk songs and proved her artistry in those areas as well!
